Janet started at Arlington/Roe in 1986, as a personal lines
underwriter, in 1993 she was promoted to manager and in 1995 she was
promoted to Vice President. Prior to joining the agency, she was with
Foremost Insurance Group. With 21 years of insurance industry
experience, Janet and her staff handle the underwriting and placement of
business for high value homeowners, mobile
homes, non standard homeowners, low value and vacant dwellings, farms,
recreational vehicles, watercraft and personal umbrella. |

Wendy comes to Arlington/Roe with an experienced background in the Michigan insurance industry. Wendy first served the industry as the Vice President of a small agent owned Auto Company, after which she did some marketing in the non-standard auto market and was most recently a Personal Lines Manager in an Excess & Surplus Lines agency. On behalf of Arlington/Roe, Wendy will travel Michigan helping independent agents make a positive difference in their business much like her father did for many years as the former CEO of the MAIA, Fritz Lewis. Wendy is a graduate of Olivet College.

Kathy Izral joined Arlington/Roe & Co. in July of 2006, having spent her entire career on the independent agency side of the business. She has over 17 years of experience in the Personal Lines area as well as sales experience in Life, Health and Long Term care products. She also carries both Life and Health and Property and Casualty Licenses. Kathy started out in the Group Association business handling group life and health products for employees of National Associations, and then moved to Personal Lines products. Kathy was previously the Personal Lines Manager at an independent agency with a focus on high net worth individuals. Kathy Izral is now working out of our Geneva, IL office actively marketing and writing Personal Lines business.

Following in the prestigious footsteps of his grandfather (Francis), father (James), and brother (Andy), Patrick Roe joined the personal lines team at Arlington/Roe in June of 2003. He graduated in 2002 from Indiana University with a degree in Kinesiology. He currently handles Personal Lines Marketing for Indiana. Along with having his Property and Casualty license, Patrick is actively involved in Indiana Young Agents serving as the co-chair of the Membership Committee. He also is a member of AAMGA's Under Forty Organization. Patrick and his wife, Allison, live in Fishers with their two Labrador retrievers, Madison and Morgan.

agency she was an underwriter for Farm Bureau and Brotherhood Mutual in
personal lines. As Senior Underwriter, with 22 years of insurance
experience, Julie is currently responsible for underwriting all personal
lines products, including Chubb products and farms. |

Denise joined Arlington/Roe 's Personal Lines Department as an Underwriter in November, 2006. Denise came to us from Harleysville Lake States Insurance where she served as Services Support Supervisor in Commercial Lines. Her insurance career includes a variety of responsibilities primarily in Personal Lines. Denise holds the AU and CIC designations. Originally from Michigan and an Indiana resident since 1991 she and her husband have two children.

Donna joined Arlington/Roe 's Personal Lines Department as an Underwriter in January 2007. She has served the insurance industry for 28 years, 20 of which were spent in the independent agency ranks. Donna's MGA experience has taken her to Reno, Nevada and then onto Indianapolis. Donna holds the CIC designation and is currently working on her AAI designation. Originally from Alabama, Donna has lived in the Indianapolis area for 7 years. She has one son who currently resides and attends school in Madison, Indiana. |

Cook worked in standard insurance companies since 1982,
before coming to A/R in August of 2001. Jen will be glad

Mike, have one son, Adam. As a family, they are active in
church activities and also enjoy motorcycling. In her spare

Nikki joined Arlington/Roe's Personal Lines department in March of 2008 as an assistant underwriter. Her experience includes installing proprietary software at Erie Insurance for new agents and training them. Also she worked as a customer service agent at an independent insurance agency. Nikki hails originally from Westfield, IN, and went to school at Indiana Business College. She is married and has a 16-year-old stepdaughter.
