Joe joined Arlington Roe as Vice President of Transportation in May 2002. Prior to joining the agency, Joe worked with American States/Safeco over the last 18 years in various management positions. Throughout his 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Joe has sold insurance to clients, products to agents and programs to reinsurers. Joe brings a strong background in management, marketing, and underwriting to his new position as Transportation Manager with Arlington/Roe. Along with his numerous industry designations, Joe holds a degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University.

Bonnie Roybal joined Arlington/Roe as a Transportation Underwriter in July of 2007. Her insurance career began by writing log trucks in Portland, Oregon 10 years ago. In 2001 she moved to Indiana and has worked in insurance as a commercial and personal lines underwriter with concentration on transportation risks. Bonnie attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Management/Marketing from Western New Mexico University.

Cathie joined Arlington/Roe in January 2003. Prior to joining the agency, Cathie worked for American States/Safeco for 16 years. She held various positions there and was a commercial underwriter for the last 8 years. Cathie has worked in the insurance industry for 25 years, both on the agency and company side. Cathie also has her General Certificate of Insurance.

Ed joined Arlington Roe as a Marketing Coordinator in June of 2006 and was promoted to Transportation Underwriter in May 2007. Prior to joining Arlington Roe, He worked in transportation underwriting for five years. Ed specializes in Trucking, Business and Public Auto. Ed earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management from the University of Evansville. He also played defensive end for Evansville. Ed earned All-League honors as a walk-on at Evansville (the University discontinued their football program in 1997). Ed is an active member of the Young Agents of Indiana and in his spare time enjoys playing basketball and following Football.

Renee has over 15 years experience in Transportation and specializes in Truck, Business and Public Auto.
